Doctorado

The Mathematics Doctoral Program is offered jointly by the Universities of Almería, Cádiz, Granada (coordinator), Jaen and Malaga.
The program has been verified by  Spanish University Council on 30 June 2010, and its aims to ensure high professional training in knowledge and development of new techniques, methods and theories in Mathematics.

The activities leading to the acquisition of competencies and skills necessary to obtain a PhD in mathematics include:

• advanced research seminars involving national and foreign experts.

• participation in conferences, schools and research activities in both departments and in other collaborating institutions.

• Initial training seminars on topics of current research.

The Master's in Mathematics gives direct access to the Doctoral Program in Mathematics.
